Women's Yoga Retreat
Friday 8th - Sunday 10th November 2024 - Fishley Hall, Norfolk.
Nestled in peaceful Norfolk close to the sea, this reflective autumnal retreat will help us to tune into a slower pace to hunker down and cozy up, ready for the pace of winter.

My colleague Cat Westwood will guide the weekend with a blend of Scaravelli yoga, connecting to the autumnal energy and metal element meridians. We will work with the breath, movement and yoga, qi-gong, acupressure and even a yummy cacao ceremony!

Single or shared rooms available, with a bespoke retreat menu by Marigold Catering.
I will be offering one to one shiatsu treatments at this retreat!

A celebration of all things Japanese, Bubbling Spring and friends will be sharing the wonderful healing art of shiatsu, providing seated shiatsu treatments at this event. Find us at the Hyper Japan shop space!
Rumble Festival
4th - 8th August 2022 - Chesham, Buckinghamshire.
